In a new series of classes, we are bringing together gyotaku art printing and cooking demos to celebrate produce and share techniques in how we maximise ingredients
The first classes will focus on:

Each class will demonstrate:
- >Gyotaku print process of 1 x ingredient
> 4-6 ways that same ingredient can be used in cooking - > Techniques and principles include preserves, garums, vinegars, ferments, wood-fire cooking and cured meats
