Join me at Natural&Healthy4Life Tuesday 6pm-7.15pm for a nourishing Yin Yoga practice. Taught from a Taoist perspective.

Please feel free to bring your own Yoga matt and water bottle.

Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes or yoga tights.
