This is a time for you to tune into your true self – which is blissful.
When we become aware of our emotions and thoughts, and be with them, that is the first step to conscious awareness. We simply observe what is happening, come back to the breath, become aware of the aliveness in our body again, and come into the present moment. That is the only place there is freedom from the past, from the mind, thoughts and emotions taking over. The power of the present moment arises the moment you become aware.
This unique experience will allow you to notice the emotions the thoughts that are there, observe them, and gain freedom from their control over you.
This will be a truely freeing experience with the ‘First Breath,’ you will be guided to come back to the very first breath you took when you were born.
The use of drums, bowls, bells and guided meditation will take you on a journey of discovery and freedom.
