We invite you to four intimate, in-person gatherings where we will come together to explore creativity, sexuality, women’s power, and the expression of your voice in a sacred circle.

We will share our stories and life, our rite of passages and learn to express our authentic self from our point of power.

Mariana Lennert and Lurelle will help you with your voice: clear your chakras to connect deeply with your womb and allow you connect deeply with your sexulaity.

THE FIRST GATHERING

Mariana will lead a sharing circle and a Sound Bath experience with sound bowls, chimes and a drum while Lurelle will conduct an old traditional Italian Bel Canto technique so you can connect your voice to your body. This will give your voice maximum resonance and colours, which you can access once you’ve built up your palette, improve your vocal range and timbre, give you great control of your breath/work, improve flexibility and bring you into alignment and more.

Lurelle also offers a combination of Ihirangaranga (sound source vibrations) and Solfeggio Frequency therapy techniques used for Sympathetic Resonance.

Human bones have a natural biochemical composition of minerals and crystals while human vocal sounds can produce powerful resonance in a bone’s crystal structure and in our waters. The vibrations have a great effect on the spine, diffusing along the central nervous system to pathways, tissues, organs and body systems.

The vibrations also balance and activate the chakras, and have a direct effect on the blood, circulatory system, and endocrine system at the cellular level.

The woman’s awakening circle experience will allow you to connect with other women in a sacred space of sharing and receiving. You will experience breath exercises, deep connection with your self, your body and activate the creative power from your womb awakening.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

MARIANA LENNERT

Mariana is a feminine embodiment business mentor who helps women weave the spiritual and material while embodying their unique medicine creating abundance and freedom in all areas of their lives.

She was born in Brazil and from a very young age was curious about the mystical world and the mysteries and magics of the unseen. At the age of 12, she was questioning the origins of her soul with an inner knowing that we all have a purpose beyond the material. She has been living in Australia for 16 years and considers herself a modern medicine woman.

Mariana has been in the self development space for nearly a decade and has supported over 3,000 lives all over the world. She has also facilitated multiple transformational retreats for women to reconnect with their empowered feminine.
