Integrating the modalities of somatic yoga inspired movement, breathing techniques and guided meditation to reboot your whole being!

Join Danny on Wednesday 28th August for an hour and a half to relax and rejuvenate.

(Please arrive 10mins early to allow yourself to settle in as the event will start at 6:30pm)

Have you ever had to restart your phone or computer because there’s not enough space to run the programs, or maybe there are too many tabs open in your browser? Maybe the operating system keeps crashing, or maybe it’s just been working overtime and needs a rest? Well, like our devices sometimes, we as humans need to restart ourselves, to take a moment to disconnect, to simply breathe and be!

If you’re feeling like it’s time to pause and recenter, then this event is for you!

Control

Movement – Together we will flow gently with grace and ease to awaken the energy within.

Alternate

Breathe – Utilizing the power of the breath we shift our state of consciousness to let go, heal and elevate our state of being.

Delete

Meditate – Guided through a deep relaxing meditation we will enter a state of pure bliss allowing us to equalize the nervous system, recalibrating our emotions and deleting anything that does not serve us.

Whether you’re new to yoga, breathwork, meditation, or a seasoned practitioner, everyone is welcome with open arms. This is an inclusive space for community and connection.

· Comfortable clothing (maybe some socks, a jumper and a blanket to get cozy)
