Free yoga and beach clean up

Come join Atman Karuna Yoga and step into your morning with a free yoga class followed by a beach clean up.

This will be the last one for the year, as a special there will be prizes to be given away. Come connect to your body, meet new people and connect as a community. 

The yoga class will be led by Steve the owner of Atman Karuna Yoga. Steve is a 350hr Trauma informed yoga teacher, having been trained in modified ashtanga vinyasa, pre & postnatal, yin, restorative, mediation, pranayama and trauma informed. I teach from a place of safety, compassion and honesty. Making the practice accessible to all levels of fitness, all human bodies over the age of 13 years old. 

This is a free community event.

Where: Cabarita Beach headland (Norries Headland), Tweed Coast rd, Cabarita Beach, nsw, 2489.

Duration: 45min yoga class followed by a short beach clean.

What to bring: Yoga mat and/or towel and water bottle (Gloves and rubbish bags will be provided for the clean up)

Time: 8:30am start ( please arrive by 8:20am to sign in)
