Sound Healing

I create different environments by looping and layering sound.

A variety of ancient world Instruments are use like Native American Flutes, Didgeridoos, Nepalese singing bowls,Rav drum,guitar,nature sounds and also a range of Taonga Puoro, traditional Maori instruments

Be guided into a deep body relaxing meditation. As you drop into your body and breath, enjoy being bathed by a selection of sacred sounds taking you on a journey deep into oneself. Embrace and gently let go of what no longer serves you, 

This will allow us a direct pathway to visit our inner child, reconnect, love and rebirth a new version of ourself back into this beautiful world 💕
