From sunrise to sunset in the hills of Carool, Northern NSW, a gathering takes place for all lovers of kundalini yoga and sound.

Spring Equinox is a time of potency when the southern light continues to rise within you! Your ticket includes Kundalini Yoga, meditation, sound journeys, a market bazaar and vegetarian food (morning, afternoon teas and lunch).

IAM LIGHT & SOUND is a principle state of being accessed through the heart. This state opens an inner well of wisdom and intelligence for authentic relating and deep connection.
