Weaving in and around Murwillumbah, the creative heart of the Tweed, and into the surrounding villages, the Murwillumbah Arts Trail showcases artists from across the region, offering the community a chance to see them at work, participate in art activities and purchase unique works. Enjoy a drive through some of the most picturesque countrysides from coast to hinterland villages, discovering back roads and hidden treasures in the hills like the Murwillumbah Potters in Fernvale and the Community Printmakers in Stokers Siding. MAT culminates on Saturday night with a colourful soiree at the M|Arts Precinct Art After Dark, where artists open their doors to their studios to welcome visitors and sell their wares.
