Calling all musicians and groupies to the Museum on Wheel’s Supertonic exhibition and augmented reality experience at SWELL Sculpture Festival 2023.

Supertonic explores the next gen of musical culture from the Gold Coast to Byron through imagery and exciting augmented reality experience. You will be literally immersed in stories about local legends like Amyl and The Sniffers, Budjerah, JK-47, Skeggs, The Jezabels and TORA.

On Saturdays and Sundays 9am – 3pm get creative with us and design an original, expressive album cover artwork, giving a visual representation of the music within. Create one for your favourite band or musician in the Supertonic exhibition, or make up your own band.

Also extend your rhythm skills at our drum station and adorned yourself with our temporary Museum on Wheels tattoo

Visit the MoW and explore the sounds of our region and celebrate our unique culture, musicians and history through music and sound.
