Radiant Renewal: A Mini Retreat For Women

Sun 20th August 2023

78-80 Marine Parade
Kingscliff NSW 2487

A restorative mini retreat for women who are feeling the need to slow down, recharge & experience inner nourishment, renewal & connection

This 2.5hr restorative mini retreat is for women who are feeling the need to slow down, reconnect and embrace some inner nourishment and renewal. You’ll experience an intimate, small gathering of sisterhood where we’ll immerse ourselves in gentle nurturing practices, mindful movement, deep relaxation and connection so we can embrace the rest of the year with a renewed sense of vitality, balance and clarity.

✨ Our time together will be a sanctuary for self-care, inner reflection, and rejuvenation and will include:

🧡 Opening circle, grounding meditation and intention setting with other like-minded women so you can lovingly reconnect with yourself, press pause on the fast pace of life and drop into the experience of this being all about you and what you need.

🧡 Gentle somatic movement and breathwork: Immerse yourself in a guided slow flowing sequence of movement and breath that will deeply connect you with your body, release tension, and soothe your nervous system. This thoughtfully curated practice invites you to indulge in a delicious and nurturing experience that will feel so good in your body.

🧡 Experience the powerful combination of guided visualization and journaling, allowing you to deeply tap into your desires and aspirations. In this empowering practice, you’ll ignite your potential, defining how you want to feel and what you want to create in your life for the 2nd half of the year.

🧡 Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release: Yin is a slow-paced, meditative practice that targets the body’s deep connective tissues called Fascia. Through juicy longer holds, either seated or lying down, you’ll release muscle and tissue tension within the body. Get ready to unwind, calm and nourish your nervous system and enter a deep state of relaxation and connection to support your body, mind and soul. Your Yin Yoga experience will be enhanced by myofascial release with tennis balls, which is a self massage, applying pressure to melt tension in specific areas, leaving your body feeling spacious and free from muscular restrictions.

🧡 Closing circle where integration, reflection and connection come together, accompanied by tea and a yummy treat.

Take this time to honour your needs and nurture your body, mind and soul while immersing yourself in the beautiful connection of sisterhood.

✨ Everything is provided inc. mats, blankets and bolsters and no previous Yin Yoga experience is required. Come exactly as you are, bring a water bottle, a journal if you have one, some socks to stay cozy and wear comfy clothes that you can move in. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Big love,
