Raw, plant-based dessert and chocolate workshop
Details
Learn how to create healthy, organic, raw, plant-based desserts and chocolates that will keep you energized and empowered.
This raw dessert and raw chocolate is for everyone who wants to become an expert in creating raw cakes, raw desserts and raw chocolates. You get all the health benefits, without any compromises. We believe that to have great health, you just learn to substitute one unhealthy thing (processed food, chemicals, GMO, dairy, sugar, commercially grown) with healthful options (organic, chemical free, plant-based, whole foods, refined sugar-free, locally grown, sustainable, and no waste). You make you own, know every ingredient in your food, and become self-reliant and self-sustainable for you and your family.
We will be making rainbow coloured treats. Some options may include: lemon tart, cheezecake, chocolate mousse, caramel slice, parfaits, chocolate filled treats, chocolate mint slices, tiramisu …
In this workshop, Marc will show you how to make delicious, healthy, dairy-free, plant based treats that is good for your health, the animals and the planet. This workshop teaches you how make conscious choices and take control of your health. Whether you have given up dairy for health, ethical or environmental concerns, we have you covered. This class is ideal for beginners, home cooks and chefs alike.
Taste as you go in this workshop and bring a few containers to take some samples home.

The workshop is on a rural property in the heart of Uki, Northern Rivers, overlooking Mt Warning. Our farm is an animal sanctuary and is run on the principles of healthy sustainability, environmental awareness, a zero-waste policy and self-sufficiency. You will be able to enjoy the rolling mountains and fresh rural air here, and before you go, pop in to say a quick hello to our rehomed and rescued farm animals.
This workshop would suit vegans, vegetarians, anyone wanting to transition to a plant-based lifestyle, anyone wanting to improve their gut health, chefs wanting to incorporate vegan cuisine into their restaurants, naturopaths, foodies, dieticians, lactose intolerant and health-conscious people. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded people. We will work in small groups so there’s usually plenty of banter and laughter and time for one-on-one interaction.
You will be treated to a truly indulgent, fun and informative day. This is a perfect day out for yourself, a thoughtful gift for a loved one, bring your partner, or get a group of friends together. Individual and tailor-made workshops are available upon request. Please contact Marc directly. People with intolerances, allergies or specific dietary or health requirements would benefit from a customized workshop.

Please bring an apron, tie back long hair, dress appropriately for the kitchen and wear closed-in shoes.
• Do I have to bring my printed ticket along?
Nope! You can show your ticket on your phone.
• Is my registration ticket transferrable?
Yes, but please let me know so we can be in contact with the person taking your place
• What is the refund policy?
A refund is happily given if there is 2 weeks’ notice. The Eventbrite fee is non-refundable
• Are children permitted?
We love having kids at our farm, however, the workshops are not an ideal place for little people. We suggest getting a babysitter and having the day off.
• Will tickets be available on the door?
“No” as the events sell out prior, and we also need to know how many people to cater for. We cap numbers to ensure everyone has a great time and it’s not too crazy as we want you coming back. We strongly suggest buying tickets early to ensure you don’t miss out.
• I haven’t received my ticket. What do I do?
An automated email is sent upon purchasing tickets. If you don’t receive it, it could be for a couple of reasons. Firstly, check the spam folder as sometimes they get stuck there. Other times, when in a rush to purchase (!), some accidentally enter their email address incorrectly. If that’s the case, drop us an email and we’ll search and resend. But all good, you’ll be in our system.
• I’ve got a couple of other questions, what should I do?
Email me at: veggiecation@protonmail.com or give Marc a call on: 0423022198.
Please note: If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel a class. Every effort is made to contact and accommodate guests in the event of cancellations. If a class is cancelled or moved to a date and/or time you are unavailable, you are entitled to a full refund.
