Rest & Recharge Women’s Circle

In our busy lives as women we give and do so much. Take some time mid-week for yourself to enjoy some rest, healing and connection. You deserve it!

The classes will be open for 6 women and will be held in the beautiful space of Kingscliff Saltwater Studio near the beach on Marine Pde. 10am – 11:30am Wednesdays during school terms starting May 4th 2022

The classes will involve some sound healing. guided meditation, essential oils, breathing and creativity.

Sound healing – enjoy the healing and transformational sounds of crystal bowls, chimes and more.

Guided meditation – allow your body to totally unwind and restore itself as you are taken on a guided healing journey using yoga nidra and creative visualisation.

Essential Oils – experience the calming and healing effects of essential oils

Breathing – allow your body to restore itself as you practice some breathing techniques

Creativity – unleash your creative side with mandalas and zen art

Lija Austen has had a lifelong passion for healing. She is a trained holistic counsellor and has completed training with the Sound Healing Academy. She enjoys using a combination of modalities to create an holistic, safe and nurturing environment for women to find healing and reclaim their true self.
