Sleeping Be-you-ti is a very special womens circle where you are welcome to come as you are and leave as the best version of your true self!

At this event I will encourage you to get a little bit uncomfortable in a very safe space, and discover your own true self, there will be a little workshop, a Yoga nidra session, and maybe a little massage to tap into real relaxation and take a break from this chaos we call life!

I like my events to be personal and want every women that enters the centre to feel special, appreciated, loved, welcome, and to leave inspired and with a new spark in her eyes.

How to prepare:

Wear something you feel good in, bring a water bottle and an open heart.

(If you are flood affected your entry is for FREE, just show up at the Heart and Soul of wellness in Murwillumbah on the 27th of march at 10am <>

PS: Make sure to secure your ticket as spaces are limited! (Oh, and there are parking spaces at the back of the building.)
