Details

It’s time to come home to yourself and your body. To lead by example and learn to fall back in love with our body, yoni and moon cycle.

Feeling disconnected to your cycle, body or self?

This is the right place to reconnect, forgive, seek support and find a sisterhood in a safe space we call home.

You might also learn a thing or two about your powerhouse – THE YONI aka your womb and your menstrual cycle/ seasons.

I always follow my intuition and provide exactly what we need, it might be a yoga nidra session, workbooks, meditation, flow, sharing circle, cacao ceremony or a bit of everything.

I like my events to be personal and want every women that enters the centre to feel special, appreciated, loved, welcome, and to leave inspired and with a new spark in her eyes.

How to prepare:

Wear something you feel good in and an open heart.

About me:

My name is Ann-Marie, I would like to describe myself as a loving soul with years of experience in coaching, Ayurveda, Holistic health, Nutrition, Yoga, and fascilitating women circles.

I have recently also embraced the path of reconnecting to my mooncycle and live aligned with it rather than ignoring it, and it has drastically changed my life, I am therefore very excited to share this knowledge with you.

(If you are flood affected your entry is for FREE, just show up at the Heart and Soul of wellness in Murwillumbah at 10 am <>

PS: Parking is available at the backside of the center.

Can’t wait to see you there!

From my heart to yours, Namaste
