SLING YOGA combines energising hatha yoga postures on the mat and in the sling. We focus on the proper alignment of traditional asanas, and apply the use of the sling to deepen your own practice.
– generates body heat
– developes flexibility
– creates strength.
Deepen your practice, try something new and discover a new range of motion.
Suitable for every body. No experience necessary – this is not acrobatics.
All levels welcome!

• Recent surgery
• Recent concussion and head injury
• Osteoporosis
• Epilepsy
• Glaucoma
If you’re not sure if sling yoga is suitable for you, please contact me.
If you need to, please allow at least 12 hours cancellation notice prior to your booking so that others may have the opportunity to join the class. Any late cancellation of a scheduled session made with out 12 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the session. Please arrive at least five minutes before class.
