Spring Yin Immersion Workshop

Join Lou to celebrate Spring with a beautiful Yin Immersion.

Spring is the beginning of the season cycle, a time of birth and new beginnings. It is also the energy of the element Wood. The wood element is where manifestation begins to form from deep seeds full of potential.

The wood element empowers us to:

• Find clarity around direction and vision
• Move forward on our goals
• Play with creativity and imagination
• Cultivate emotional balance and release stuck emotional patterns

As in nature the Wood energy is part of the energy of our body through the meridians of the Liver and Gall Bladder – responsible for detoxification of the body and emotions, especially those connected with anger and frustration.

The practice will incorporate Yin asana, pranayama, meditation, and sound immersion.
