Welcome to The Blue Lotus- women’s circle.

This is a circle that I’ve created to gather women of all ages, to experience authentic female connection.

A place where we hold space for each other and feel safe to express ourselves freely.

I invite you to come along to our next gathering. A time dedicated to yourself and your own well-being.

Allowing to drop in while enjoying a cup of blue lotus tea -an ancient elixir- helping us to reconnect with ourselves. 

Followed by a meditation diving deep into our dreams and desires.

Feeling grounded, supported and encouraged to share what our hearts long to share.

Please bring a cushion to sit on, a yoga matt or blanket and your journal.
