I get excited for Spring, for the opportunity of transformation, leaning into the roots and seeds sown in winter, the “branching down and up”. Now is a time of transition and for many of us, in the way the world is operating right now. There is change in our routines, activities and environments. These shifts can be both invigorating and at times overwhelming and we need a stable root system or foundation. We will practice the Mul Mantra, the root mantra, rooting in the soul. In times of transformation, in times of uncertainty, or in times of evolution in identity, this mantra reconnects me to my foundation and identity that is in essence stable and unchanging. The Mul Mantra reminds us that we are first and foremost a soul, this is the essence of who we are, an eternal and sovereign being. This mantra recalls through its vibration the interconnectedness of all beings, our Oneness.

Suitable for all levels and expecting women. No previous experience necessary, I will guide you through.

You don’t have to but I recommend you wear white / light coloured clothing as per the Kundalini Yoga tradition.

If you book and then can’t make it please find someone to take your ticket, no refunds or credits.
