Take your tastebuds on a trip to Tasmania as we bring you Uncorked III: Taste of Tasmania featuring Devil’s Corner, Pirie and TamarRidge on Thursday 22nd September.

Guests will indulge in a four-course meal prepared by our Head Chef and paired wines sourced from the above wine producers hailing from Tasmania. If that’s not enough, you’ll also receive a glass of Pirie’s sparkling NV on arrival.
