Weaving Stories for Healing – Kirra Workshop

This is a FREE workshop, part of a series using weaving techniques to share cultural healing with Indigenous and non-Indigenous people to improve emotional and social well-being.

Participants will receive the materials and tuition required to create a woven piece whilst exploring Cultural healing concepts, guided by local Indigenous well-being professionals.

The workshop will conclude with light refreshments and some bush-food inspired treats.

These workshops are offered FREE of charge to ensure they are accessible and safe spaces for ALL participants

The Regional Arts Development Fund is a partnership between the Queensland Government and the City of Gold Coast Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
