A 2 day face to face, highly experiential workshop for qualified yoga teachers who have an interest in working with trauma and clients with mental health . Take a deep dive into better understanding depression, anxiety, trauma and trauma based mental health conditions. Participants will learn how to work in a way to recalibrate and strengthen a disregulated and traumatised nervous system. Integrates Trauma Sensitive Yoga principles and working with the Window of Tolerance.
