Yoga in Slings combines energising hatha yoga postures in the sling. We focus on the proper alignment of traditional asanas, and apply the use of the sling where one can go deeper with less effort. You will be offered hands-on assistance and adjustments to support your personal practice and to improve the understanding of your body’s anatomy.
As the sling takes some or all of your body weight, we tend to go to a whole new level with core stability and strength, comfort circles, trust and surrender. This practice allows you to generate body heat, develop flexibility, create strength and enhance body awareness. The many benefits of inversions are so much more accessible in a sling and so much fun! This class gives you all the tools to attend the weekly classes with confidence.
Suitable for every body. No experience necessary – this is not acrobatics.
