The Green Cauldron Panorama

Location

271 Tweed Valley Way Murwillumbah Visitor Information Centre
South Murwillumbah, New South Wales, 2484

Details

Completed in 2012, this spectacular sixteen-metre long artwork is geographically accurate. It also features detailed miniature paintings of the birds of prey of the Tweed region as well as hand-painted place names. Many people who visit the Tweed are not physically capable of the strenuous climb to the summit of Wollumbin Mt Warning, or they may choose to respect the wishes of Bundjalung Elders who consider it a sacred place.

The Green Cauldron Panorama offers a marvellous view from the summit for very little effort.
It can be viewed in a purpose-built room located within the Murwillumbah Visitor Information Centre.
