Parking: Plenty of convenient spots are available for your ease.

Time: 7.30 am sharp – NSW Time. And if it’s your first time, join us 5 minutes early to get acquainted with our unique breathing techniques.

Duration: Indulge in a fulfilling 45-minute session designed to uplift your spirit.

Bring along:

  • Water bottle to stay hydrated
  • Hat & sunglasses
  • Your own yoga mat if you prefer

Note: As we breathe in harmony with nature, our sessions are weather-dependent. In case of wet weather, we’ll either reschedule or cancel.
