Conveniently located at the Murwillumbah Railway Station, the start of the trail, the facility provides everything needed for the whole family to enjoy the trail. Their super comfy e-bikes are lightweight and ideal for all riders, including those with low experience. They offer tow-behind bikes and chariots for kids and pets, double-seater e-bikes, and an adult e-trike for extra assistance. Helmets, lights, spacious pannier bags, and locks are provided, and luxury vans can pick up guests from their accommodation anywhere in the Byron Bay and Tweed Coast areas.

Riders can choose to ride the 24 kilometre trail in one direction with a pick-up at the other end or ride both ways. The super friendly local staff ensures that everyone is set with bike operation tips and personalized trail suggestions, making sure families have the “best day ever”!

Group bookings are fully customizable and can include return transfers, food and beverage bookings, and transportation.
