Traditional Italian Gelato is produced by second generation artisan gelato maker from the famous Cinque Terre region in northwest Italy. From Vernazza to Tyalgum, they offer traditional and innovative flavours every weekend with ingredients sourced both in Italy and Australia with special produce straight from the ancient local Tweed Caldera.
The beautiful village of Tyalgum sits within the stunning Wollumbin National Park (Mt Warning) with amazing views of its volcanic peak and surroundings.
