A free interactive workshop for CHSP service providers about the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Join us for this free interactive workshop to explore what Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services need to know about the Aged Care Quality Standards and the review process.

Facilitated by Anna and Clare from Aged & Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA), each with a long history in quality and review processes.

Who is the workshop for?

  • CHSP team leaders and managers
  • Board members
  • Senior managers
  • Human resources professionals
  • Quality managers (anyone in CHSP services who can lead a quality improvement process).

Overview

The workshop will support CHSP services to position for success – exploring how you provide client services and practical ways to provide evidence to comply with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Gain a deeper understanding of the revised standards including:

1. what standards and requirements are relevant to CHSP providers

2. new Support at Home Program implications

3. practical tips and preparation for a quality review including risks and performance insights (before, during and after)

4. the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission’s approach to reviewing CHSP services.
