World-class surfing is back at Snapper Rocks on the Gold Coast. You can expect an impressive line-up of fresh and familiar faces at the Bonsoy Gold Coast Pro Presented By GWM.

It’s stop number 1 on the World Surf League Challenger Series. This stellar event will showcase top surfers battling it out for a qualifying position on the 2025 Championship Tour.

  • Do not bring drones or single use plastics to the event site
  • This is a smoke-free event
  • Bring your hat, sunscreen, drink bottle and a jacket
  • No dogs allowed at the event site. Assistance animals are welcome, with identification
  • The Rainbow Bay SLSC will be open during the event
  • Surfing action takes place between 7am to 5pm for competition “On” days. Every morning the WSL Tours and Competition team decides on the contest based on conditions. Download the WSL app to get notified if the event is called “On”, “Off” or “On Hold”
