The Mindfulness Circle is an invitation to bring meditation, mindfulness and wholehearted living into your life. It is a safe, grounded space where people come together in a spirit of openness, acceptance and wonder to share their stories and connect with others, where we can feel safe to laugh and cry and be seen in our vulnerability.

This is an open circle, drop-ins are encouraged and new members are welcome at any time. However, if you would like to receive latest updates and information regarding our circle activities, please feel free to use the one-time registration form here.

This week’s program:

  • Silent Meditation (20 minutes)
  • A short check-in, followed by prompts for self-reflection and self-discovery (10 minutes)
  • A shared discussion about the prompts & the topic of the week (60 minutes)
  • A tea break and time for social connection and reflections (25 minutes)
  • A short Loving-kindness Meditation (5 minutes)

Please note that no formal guidance or instructions will be offered.

Cushions, herbal tea are available.

Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm every Thursday. The circle will end at 8:30pm. Feel free to leave earlier if needed.

Address: The Clear Skies Project Studio (30a Griffith st, Coolangatta, QLD). There is some onsite and street parking available. Public transport options are nearby.

Cost: FREE, donations are always welcome. A suggested cash donation of $5-$10 towards avenue hire.

  • pen and journal
  • blanket, everything you need to make you feel comfortable
