This program has been developed over many years drawing from my personal experiences and challenges of living life with depression and anxiety (inner turmoil).

I spent a long time seeking out different ways to help myself. And through studying and attending numerous holistic courses and workshops, I gained the expertise needed to lead me into my passion of facilitating and inspiring others to help themselves.

I have established a deep understanding of the importance of our choices and what we focus on. There is an abundance of possibilities everywhere; ultimately it comes down to free will and choices.

My tailored program offers tools to encourage more Balance, Connection and Insight with our INNER WORLD where our Heart is the key to living with Courage.

Join us for a half day workshop 10am-2pm at the Chillingham Community hall.

Workshop includes a booklet to assist you to continue to grow and shine in 2025. A light lunch is included.
