Learn how to master Massaman Beef and Ricepaper Rolls with Thai born chef and creator of the Soi 7 range of seasonings and sauces, Tik Pearse. In this small group workshop, Tik will set you up for success with a detailed ‘how to’ for each dish, from ingredient selection to preparation, cooking technique, and presentation. Cook and taste your own dishes and be ready to transform your at-home cooking skills to amaze family and friends. This class is limited to 6 persons, with students working together in pairs to share a hot plate. All ingredients and equipment are provided, and each student will receive a recipe handout.
