*Gabrielle McMahon – ‘BeBliss’

“Freedom of the Heart & Mind” – Together let’s meditate, explore & share what limits the freedom of our heart and minds, and how we can touch into greater moments of spaciousness, joy and wellbeing.

Gabrielle has been teaching meditation and mindfulness for over 15 years and she flavours her teachings with kindness, authenticity and open-heartedness. She is an Insight Dharma Teacher Trainee, and a qualified Mindfulness Meditation teacher with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She is passionate about applying Buddha’s teachings to her life and helping others to bring more mindfulness and compassion into their lives. There will be opportunities to lie down if you choose, so please bring a mat, shawl etc to be warm and comfortable….. and feel free to bring poetry related to the topic !

*Gillian Taylor – ‘Divine Frequencies’

We are fortunate to have Gillian, of Divine Frequencies as part of our healing community. For the past five years, Gillian has been consistently offering sound healings in and around Murwillumbah, since completing her training with Mullumbimby’s late Chicchan. Not only does Gillian have an innate and intuitive connection with her sound making tools but also a natural ability to lovingly connect with her participants.

Gillian creates a space which is intimate and yet welcoming to all. Whether you are in the mood to slip quietly into the space, receive a healing, then slip quietly away or in the mood to connect and socialise – all moods are welcome in Gillian’s space of divine frequencies.

Gillian’s sessions begin with a meridian activation and full guided body scan, facilitating participants to leave the busy-ness of their minds and connect to their bodies. Only then does Gillian pick up her sound healing tools and a deep dive into the vibrational healing tones of the crystal bowls begins. Participants will feel the vibrations resonating within every cell of their bodies – nourishing the nervous system, helping to release old thought patterns, and easing physical and mental tension
