Kat Harvey is a seasoned cheese monger and skilled cheese maker who will guide you through this personalised cheese tasting experience

Mother’s Day – Cheese Tasting with Kat Harvey

Welcome cheese lovers and beautiful mummas!

This is a very special event in honour of mothers and their collective love of cheese.

You will receive a welcome glass of bubbly on arrival and then be guided by Kat through 4 cheese courses with accompaniments.

Think cheese, chocolate, creamed honey, fresh figs, crackers and toasts.

Using our Cheese Tasting Wheel, you will learning how to identify and appreciate the subtle differences in appearance, texture and a range of flavour profiles from tangy and lactic to nutty and herbaceous.

The experience will be personalised, fun and informative as Kat shares the intricate science and captivating stories about different cheese making techniques, regional traditions and the nuances of maturation and aging.

Bring your mum or ditch the kids this is a special ocassion not to be missed!!
