Experience Lou’s signature Yin + Sound – authentic & intentionally and sequenced Yin Yoga with gentle Sound Meditation.

Spend Friday afternoon with Lou for a monthly Yin & Sound experience. You will be guided through intentional, themed Yin Yoga, accessing into deep levels of the body/heart/mind. The practice targets fascia, tendons, ligaments, joints and bones, as well as the energetic channels of the meridians and nervous system. It is a contemplative and nurturing space with options for all bodies. The session will incorporate the use of sound healing instruments and frequencies – always carefully selected to support the intention.

Lou has specialist qualifications in both Yin Yoga and Sound facilitation.
