Are you ready to explore and express your stories through moving?

Authentic Movement (AM) invites you to dive into your body’s wisdom, uncover your unique story and reconnect with your true self. Pioneered by Mary Whitehouse in the 1950’s, AM offers a profound journey of self-discovery through the dynamic interplay of being witnessed and witnessing.

Experience the depth of this practice with master facilitators Connor Kelly (USA) and Virginia Woods in this two-day workshop.

Day 1: Authentic Movement Retreat

Explore AM in a serene natural setting through individual, pair, and group practices. Learn the foundational roles of mover and witness, progressing to dyads, triads, and collective forms like the breath circle. Each practice includes reflective transition time.

Gain a deeper understanding of AM as a tool for self-inquiry and growth.

Day 2: Emotions in Motion

Discover how AM supports emotional expression and understanding in personal and therapeutic settings. Virginia Woods and Connor Kelly will guide you in working with emotions somatically and integrating AM into therapy.

Leave equipped with tools to explore emotions and apply AM in therapeutic contexts.
