A journey of connection and trust We will dive deep to connect with ourselves through movement, breath and sound

Come and join us for a powerful night of transformation and activation as we journey with sacred cacao, quantum flow, freeform dance, meditation, breathwork, sound healing and sacred soul embodiment practices. We will journey into our hearts to find trust and connection.

To hold ourselves with love and compassion and to truly find that part of ourselves that allows us to follow our intuition and our gut feelings. That space of trust that we feel within us that truly helps us to feel more alive and allows us to not only connect with ourselves but to connect better with those around us.

This will help set us free so that we can move in the world with more acceptance, love, passion and joy.

We will begin the night with a Cacao Ceremony, cacao a sacred plant medicine is a heart opener and wisdom keeper. Mother cacao can help us to go deeper into our awareness and our connection to ourselves and the earth. Cacao is an ancient plant medicine that connects us to our inner wisdom and heart centre, our true essence and core of our being. It is a great plant to use during inner work and ceremony.

The cacao will be mixed with other plants to help ground, protect and nourish our nervous systems and bring us more in alignment with our heart space.

We will go on a powerful Quantum Flow activation to connect with our heart centre to remember who we truly are, to free ourselves and to connect deeper to our higher selves where we can create more abundance and joy before we go on a freeform dance journey. This is a powerful way to release any stuck patterns and move through the body to find more liberation and openness and joy.

We will then move into some breathwork, a sound healing mediation and some hands on healing to finish the evening ( Kat and Jules are both Reiki Masters). This will help to ground us before finishing the evening. The sound healing will be using singing bowls and toning connected to our chakras to balance us and connect us back to ourselves and to deeply nourish our body and soul ❤

We can’t wait for you to join us.

Your hosts are Kat, an aspiring osteopathy student and body worker who has a true passion for bringing us back to our centre and releasing any stuck patterns.
