Art & Nature Wellness Escape

Sunday 19th March

9am to 3pm

$250

Join us for an Art and Nature escape at the beautiful Mist Retreat in the foothills of the Nimbin Rocks.

The program is planned with wellness in mind.

It is time to connect with nature and to disconnect from the distractions of work, social media and the pressures of daily life. Tracey, our nature therapy guide will support you to tune in your senses and encourage you to explore the different aspects of nature on the property. There is a specific intention to connect with nature in a healing way. Healing interactions require giving generously of our attention, focusing on slowing down and awakening the senses.

We stop for a tea ceremony followed by a grazing platter for lunch in the shade of the giant ancient Moreton Bay Fig.

The afternoon is time to further explore, create and respond to nature through your creativity or meditation.

Sunday 19th March

9am – 3:00pm

Address will be provided upon booking.

Investment:

$250 inc GST
