Brad Cox, the Australian country music sensation, has announced his biggest headline tour yet in support of his highly anticipated new album ACRES. The tour will kick off in Adelaide on June 1st, 2023, and will make stops in cities across Australia including Perth, Kings Beach, Kingscliff, Brisbane, Geelong, Melbourne, Newcastle, Sydney, and Thirroul.

Brad Cox will be supported on his Acres tour by a lineup of rising Australian country music stars including Sammy White, Caitlyn Shadbolt, and Austin Mackay.

Acres, which is set to be released on May 5, is already generating buzz among fans and critics alike. The album features 17 tracks, including the singles “Last Time Last” and “Single Life” both of which have already received significant airplay on Australian country radio.

“I am beyond stoked to hit the road for my biggest headline tour yet,” said Brad Cox. “Acres is my most personal and ambitious album to date, and I can’t wait to share these songs with you in person. This tour is going to be huge, new songs, new instruments, new show, same old Coxy. I can’t wait to see everyone out there.

Originally from the country town of Jindabyne, Brad Cox has quickly made a name for himself in the Australian country music scene. He has gone from opening for some of the biggest names in country music, to selling out his own headline shows nationwide. He is now a regular mainstage country music festival headline act, performing at events such as Gympie Music Muster, CMC Rocks, Goulburn Valley Country Music Festival, Gippsland Country Music Festival, and many more.

Brad Cox burst onto the Australian country music scene with his debut self-titled album in 2018. The album featured the smash hits ‘Red Light’, ‘Too Drunk to Drive’, and ‘Lake House’, which helped earn Brad two Golden Guitar nominations for Contemporary Album of the Year and New Talent of the Year. Another standout track, ‘Water On The Ground’, became a fan favorite and has since accumulated over 580,000 Facebook views. Brad’s follow-up release, ‘Give Me Tonight’, gained significant traction with features on Spotify playlists, Apple Playlists, and Triple M (Metro, Regional, Country), racking up over 10 million global streams to date. In 2020, Brad continued his award-winning streak, receiving two more Golden Guitar nominations for his single ‘Rusty Strings’ (Apra Amcos Song Of The Year and Apple Music Single Of The Year).

In November 2020, Brad Cox released his highly anticipated sophomore album, My Mind’s Projection, under Sony Music Australia. The album features a trio of chart-topping singles including ‘Give Me Tonight’, ‘Drinking Season’, and ‘Short Lived Love’. Described as a snapshot of Brad’s life over the last 3 years, the album has been a resounding success and has cemented Brad’s position as one of the brightest stars in Australian country music. My Mind’s Projection debuted at #1 on the ARIA Australian Country Album Charts and #12 on the ARIA Album Chart.
