Welcome to Phoenix Sound Healing.

My small group sessions are intentionally crafted to create a safe space where you can release stress, anxiety and negative energies – allowing you to connect inwards.

I invite you to join me in this sacred dance of sound and energy. Relax your body, close your eyes and allow the melodies of the crystal bowls to envelop you in a tapestry of serenity, love and healing.

I provide mats & cushions. Just bring your beautiful self and your water bottle. Feel free to bring your own blanket if you would like to feel extra cozy.

I look forward to welcoming you!
