Details

The “Chefs Collab” dinner series brings together 4 x chefs (from 4 x venues) with 4 x executive chef mentors. It started in 2021 at Pipit and now travels around the Northern Rivers region quarterly to showcase up-and-coming talent and support industry networking and training.
 
Within this series, there is an annual all female-chef ‘Girl Gang’ edition – which promotes diversity, representation, and female leadership in restaurants
 
It’s back! On 27th March, we are hosting an exciting set menu from:
  • – Beatrice Hook, Beach Byron
    – Roisin Carolan, Fig Tree Restaurant, Byron
    – Linda Kern, Pipit, Pottsville
    – Kyiah Jones, Pipit, Pottsville
 
Each chef is supported by a leading female chef/owner mentor:
 
  • – Anna Mortimer – Honour, Brunswick Heads
    – Christine Manfield – Casuarina
    – Sarah Baldwin – Joy, Brisbane
    – Mindy Woods -Karkalla, Byron Bay
 
And supported by an all-female wine & front of house team
