Clean Up Kingscliff – Clean Up Australia Day Event

Join Positive Change For Marine Life and our local partners Southern Cross Credit Union, Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital, Australian Seabird & Turtle Rescue and Cudgen Headland SLSC nippers for a special Clean Up Australia Day event on the beautiful Kingscliff foreshore.

We welcome all members of the community to get involved with collecting litter and conducting an audit of our findings to help keep rubbish out of the ocean and contribute to conservation research.

You will also have a chance to learn about the impacts litter has on our local wildlife and what you can do to help. Come along and talk to the incredible teams from Australian Seabird and Turtle Rescue and Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital to find out more.

Just in case you need an added incentive, local hero’s at Choux String have promised free coffee to the first 20 volunteers to arrive with a refillable cup.
