ABOUT THE MUSIC
Hailing from Negril Jamaica, Fitzroy Lee will be bringing the Caribbean vibes to the D floor with his MC’ing wizardry and rudeboy swagger. He’ll be joining forces with DJ Fluxa to pump up the party vibes. The powerhouse duo combine a mash-up of yard style beats, original jams along with all your favourite reggae tunes. Trippy live visual projections and sound samples from the godfathers of reggae will keep your spirits high throughout the night.
Fitzroy will be unveiling tracks from his upcoming EP ‘Cracking Corn’ The songs are powerful anthems that call for equal rights and justice to prevail over corruption and fear.
A high energy live show that will keep your hips smiling late into the night.

Jaedon Leaf Band Feat. Izzy Day
Bringing together Neo Soul, Reggae and very tasty Hip Hop, Funk and RNB vibes Jaedon, Izzy and their band of world class musicians are not to be missed. They’ve sold out shows at Moreno Expresso and are set to bring the biggest vibes to Cooly Roots Volume 9.
Jaedon always found himself drawn towards musical instruments, singing and poetry. Through his teenage years Jaedon travelled the world as a hiphop dancer, competing at multiple world championships in the USA. He was also heavily involved in the graffiti and street art scene in his hometown of Rotorua, New Zealand and still finds himself painting and drawing to this day. Being involved in many creative things through his teens, he had never felt such a deep and profound inspiration when he stumbled upon music production and artistry.

André Cordeiro, Brazilian born singer, songwriter from Salvador Bahia, and his band playing a blend of Brazilian regional styles such as Samba, Forro, Frevo, Axe with world renowned reggae, funk and rock. His full band am him will have everyone dancing through the night.
