About

What to expect; you will be taken on an hour and a half journey though the the universe of Rhythm, the role women have played in cultures in regards to being the beat keepers. The link we have with Rhythm and how it plays a part in everything we do and how it is simply a part of us. The connection with us and the universe and how this is expressed. We will create a circle and I will guide the group through beginner rhythms together, we will have a chance to express this rhythm though the drums as well as dance and voicing.

The Intention is for you to leave the workshop having had a fun connecting experience with gained knowledge and a regenerated love of rhythm which you can continue on a journey with….

This is an introduction workshop, no experience is required and drums will be provided.
