Exotic Flow with Anna 6 weeks course

Join Anna for deep dive introduction into Exotic Flow.

Being trained as a ballet dancer in childhood and practicing pole competitively and getting inspired by other dance styles, Anna discovered her own style. She loves creating her own combos and dance sequences and would like to encourage students to follow their own passion and connect to their own style too!

This course covers foundations of the most feminine and sensual exotic flow dance style. During the mini-course we will learn the basic principles of flows and postures to make your dance movements appear clean and slinky and, boost your body awareness and confidence and not forget tp have fun!

30 minutes stretch after dance class is optional and ither can be paid as casual class or with an extra discount if the course is booked.

This course is suitable for dancers of all levels, although having at least a level 1 pole course or some dance experience under your belt is preferable so you can get the most out of it!
