Take time out with like minded women to rest, recharge, get creative and explore the monthly wellness topic.

As women we juggle, do and give so much! We need to refill our cup so that we can flourish.

Connect with other like minded women as we enjoy sound healing, meditation, creativity and explore the monthly wellness topic.

The July topic is ‘Creating flow in your life -Abundance, Prosperity and Passion’. This month we will allow ourselves to dream for what we truly want in our lives and delve into some practices that open us up to receive this into our life with ease.
