Sometimes we need to disconnect from our daily routine to reconnect with what makes us feel most alive. 

Introducing, the Reset Retreat. 

An experience curated by Life & Mindset Coach, Ash Cam with special guests. 

Spend a day at Hillside Carool with a luxurious pool, grape vines and ocean views this one day retreat venue is just 25 minutes inland from the Gold Coast Airport. It’s a beautiful drive through the countryside and we’ll have plenty of onsite parking. 

Take the opportunity to relax, disconnect from your daily routine and enjoy the sunshine in the company of 20 new friends.

Pass includes entry to the retreat, access to all classes and three course lunch prepared by a local chef.

Schedule

  • 8.30AM – Arrival
  • 9AM – 10AM – Intro to Yin Yoga
  • 10AM – 11AM – Connection Workshop
  • 11AM – 12PM – Intro to Qi Gong
  • 12PM – 2PM – 3 Course Long Lunch 
  • 2PM – 4PM – Relax by the pool 
  • 4PM – Close 

What to bring?

  • Comfortable clothes for Yoga / Qi Gong 
  • Swimwear if you want to enjoy the pool 
  • Pool towel 
  • A journal and pen 
  • We will have yoga mats available but if you have a fave feel free to bring your own
