Details

Join us to learn how to bake sourdough at home with our simple method. We will practice all steps of the sourdough baking process. Each participant will receive a well established sourdough starter, instructions, and recipes. The workshop includes a tasting of fresh sourdough baked on site in our wood fired oven. 

We offer post course support to continue on your sourdough baking journey with our private Facebook community. No prior experience with bread baking is necessary.

There will be an option to purchase baker’s essentials on the day such as rising baskets, ceramic starter jars and dough scrapers.

What to bring:

  • glass jar of 500ml capacity for sourdough starter
  • bread pan or basket lined with a tea towel or purchase one of our rising baskets to take your sourdough loaf home to bake
