Join experienced facilitators, Allison Summers (coach and energy healer) and Lija Austen (counsellor and meditation teacher) to:

* reconnect to yourself * connect with like minded women * explore some tools to find inner peace * recharge your battery * respark you creative self

The circle will include:

* Practices to cultivate inner peace *Restorative meditation and sound healing *A nourrishing craft activity to spark your creativity

You will walk away with some simple tools to find and hold little pockets of peace regardless of how busy your life gets in the coming months…

This group will be a taster to a new unique women’s collective that will meet monthly in 2023…..
