This workshop will be offering the spiritual wellness aspect of our spring cleanse.

Mala is a sanskrit word meaning garland, these types of strings of beads ( usually 108 beads) have been used in a variety of spiritual contexts to cultivate inner peace through the process of mantra meditation.

Design your own mala from a range of beautiful beads collected together with intention. The process of creating your own mala will be meditative and nourishing in itself, you will be guided to set an intention for your mala and really allow yourself to be present in the experience of creation.

A healthy Ayurvedic vegetarian lunch will be included as well as chai.

After lunch Amy will guide you through the practice of mantra meditation using your mala beads so not only will you leave this experience with your own handmade set of mala beads you will also leave with a profound practice that has so many benefits including stress relief, nervous system regulation and the ability to harness the mind in order to open to greater spiritual awareness.
